We are familiar with working to BS EN 887 & BS EN 888 welding procedure specifications.
Stress Relieving
In house we offer Vibratory Stress Relieving using a " Claxton" VCM 80/3 unit coupled as appropriate to a high or low speed vibration actuator. We also arrange for thermal stress relieving & other heat treatments at suitable companies.
Sizes & Weight
The working space available for fabrication is 36 x 14 metres approx and the maximum weight for a single assembly is 10 tonne, although this is also influenced by its dimensions.
